Shipwreck Casserole With a Twist

I don't have a picture because I didn't know it was going to taste so good.

A box of scalloped potatoes
A pound of beef
2 Cups frozen vegetables
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
3/4 Cup Sour Cream
Shredded Cheese to Top

I prepared the scalloped potatoes as directed on the box with about half of the water required.
Mix the beef (uncooked),vegetables, sour cream, and soup in a bowl.
Pour the potatoes in a greased 9x13.
Spread beef mixture over the top.
Top with shredded cheese.
Bake at 375 for about an hour.

I had dished a serving out for myself and Abrie ended up eating the WHOLE thing except two bites I was able to sneak.  And Addison had seconds as well.
