Shepherd's Pie
Shepherd's Pie
A family favorite. I dished out Addison's before I remembered to take the picture, I promise it didn't cave in. Actually, it has "pie" in the title so it could be considered baking which means I could easily mess it up so....Bottom
Vegetables, I always do green beans but mix it up sometimes with corn too. Any veggie would work.
Browned burger.
Can of Tomato soup
Mashed Potatoes, instant or otherwise
Sour cream
Shredded cheese
Bacon Bits.
DELISH.ALWAYS.

White Spinach Lasagna with Glazed Carrots
Spinach Lasagna and Glazed Carrots

Matt couldn't get enough of the glaze on the carrots. Every bite he took he would tell me what the glaze would be good on: a steak, some chicken, some pulled chicken sandwiches. Funny, he never did say carrots...
Lasagna
Lined the pan with lasagna noodles (they weren't boiled and the box didn't say oven ready but they worked, who knew?)
Covered noodles with Alfredo Sauce and a layer of cheese (any kind will do) and a layer of uncooked spinach
Another layer of noodles
Covered with sauce and a mixture of ricotto cheese, one egg, and parmesean cheese from the plastic can and another layer of spinach
More noodles, more sauce, more spinach and pepper and garlic powder
More Noodles and shredded cheese
Covered with tin foil baked for about an hour at 350 took off foil and baked another 20 or so minutes.
Do you think lasagna noodle makers will ever figure out to make lasagna noodles pan size?
Carrots
Carrots, brown sugar, worchesterchire sauce, and dorothy lynch dressing. Boil until carrots are done. I told Matt I purposely made them "al-dente" or whatever that word is. It is a life saver for me.
